Here are a few vegetables you must include in your stock.

A few additional ingredients that add lot of flavour to my vegetable stock.

Seasoning

Add all the vegetables seasoning, and water to a saucepan or stockpot. 

Step 1

Cover and simmer it over low heat for 30 minutes. Strain the vegetables.

Step 2

Before storing, allow the vegetable stock to cool down completely. 

Step 3

You can use homemade vegetable stock in a million creative ways.
