You can use a variety of vegetables for this recipe. 

Ingredient

Combine brown sugar, red chili flakes, soy sauce and Sriracha sauce. Mix nicely

Step 1

Heat cooking oil in a wok or stir-fry pan. Saute vegetables over high heat for 3 - 5 minutes. 

Step 2

Heat oil in the same wok. Add garlic, dry red chilies, ginger celery, and onion. Fry 1 min. 

Step 3

Add the prepared hot garlic sauce mix. Stir to combine. Add water and give sauce a good stir.

Step 4

Add the cornflour paste and stir the sauce to avoid any lump formation. Allow the sauce to simmer for 1 – 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add vegetables. Allow the sauce to simmer for 1 – 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Step 6

Serve Vegetables in Hot Garlic Sauce with fried rice.
