Peanut Chaat

You need peanuts, veggies, herbs, and few other pantry staples for this Chaat recipe.

Ingredients

Use skinless, raw peanuts to make chaat. You can use pre-roasted, salted peanuts as well.

Peanuts

Heat oil in a pan. Add spices, and salt. Stir to combines.

Step 1

Add peanuts. Fry them for 8 – 10 minutes over low heat or till they are crunchy.

Step 2

Transfer masala roasted peanuts to a bowl. Add chopped vegetables, green chili, coriander, and lemon juice. Mix.

Step 3

Peanut Chaat is ready to serve. Taste and if required add more seasoning.
