Ingredient
Cook pasta in salted water as per packet instructions or till al dente.
Reserve ¼ of boiled pasta water to make a silky sauce.
Step 1
Heat olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Next, add the halved cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Allow tomatoes to soften and release their juices. Add boiled pasta water, oregano, and seasoning.
Step 3
Add pasta and torn basil leaves, Toss it all together gently.
Step 4
Right before serving, sprinkle grated or shaves Parmesan cheese on each plate of pasta.
Step 5
Burst Tomato Pasta is ready to serve.
