Corn Paneer Cutlet

Crush the corn kernels with a potato masher or whiz them once in a food processor.

Step 1

Grate paneer and boiled potato. Do not crumble or mash them.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients for cutlet except oil in a mixing bowl. Mix together.

Step 3

Pinch a lemon size portion of the mixture. Shape it into flat round discs of half an inch thickness.

Step 4

Shallow fry the cutlet in small batches till crisp and golden from both sides.

Step 5

Serve Corn Paneer Cutlet with green chutney
