I use Rolled Oats for making milk. You can use whole oats also.

Ingredient

Soak rolled oats overnight to get rid of harmful phyletic acid.

Step 1

Add the oats, clean filtered water, vanilla, salt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend to make a smooth, creamy milk.

Step 2

For smoother consistency, pass the oat milk through a fine mesh strainer lined with a muslin cloth. Discard the residue.

Step 3

Oat Milk is ready to use. You can use it immediately.

Step 4

You can store oat milk in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days in an airtight container.

Step 5

Add Oat Milk to your coffee and smoothies!
