Mushroom Fried Rice

Mushrooms are the star of this fried rice recipe, imparting a unique umami depth of flavour.

Ingredient

Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic, red chilli, and onion. Stir fry over high heat for 1 minute.

Step 1

Add the mushrooms, salt, sugar. Cook until they are tender and deep brown.

Step 2

Add the cooked rice, and soy sauce. Stir-fry the rice over high heat

Step 3

Finish it with green onion and crushed pepper.
