Spicy Murmura

You need Puffed Rice, peanuts, spices, and few other Indian pantry staples for this snack.

Ingredients

Heat oil. Add black mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Fry till they are golden.

Step 1

Add raisins, peanuts, and curry leaves. Fry these as well till peanuts are crunchy and start cracking.

Step 2

Add plain puffed rice, salt, sugar, and spices. Mix them all together.

Step 3

Once puffed rice is crisp and crunchy, add  boondi, sev, roasted chickpeas, etc. Mix.

Step 4

Murmura Namkeen is ready!
