Apart from paneer, you need these ingredients to make the marinate.
Ingredient
Cut paneer into equal pieces of desired size (square or rectangular).
Step 1
Prepare the marinade by combining all the ingredients. Add paneer cubes to marinade.
Step 2
You can store marinated paneer in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 days or overnight.
Step 3
Grill the marinated paneer on a hot pan till charred from both the sides. You can do the same on a BBQ also.
Step 4
Serve grilled paneer as a tasty and healthy snack with green chutney.
