Avocado Hummus

Fresh, ripe Avocado is the key ingredient in this hummus recipe. 

Key Ingredient

Apart from avocado you need - chickpeas, parsley, salt, garlic, yogurt, tahini paste, olive oil.

Other Ingredient

You can use canned or pre-cooked chickpeas for making the hummus.

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or a blender. Do not add water.  

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients. Use reserved boiled chickpea water to get the creamiest hummus ever.

Step 3

Serve Avocado Hummus with pita chips!
