Chicken Meatballs

In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, ginger, vinegar, egg, and seasoning.
Step 1
Using clean hands, shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs. Place them on a large greased plate for tray
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Cook them from both sides till they turn light golden from outside.
Step 3
Prepare the glaze by combining all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk nicely to combine all the ingredients.
Step 4
Once the meatballs are cooked, pour the prepared sauce mix into the pan. Soon sauce will start thickening.
Step 5
Add broccoli florets.
Reduce the heat to lowest setting. Cover the pan with a lid.
Step 6
Serve Asian Meatballs with rice!
