Oats and Vegetables are the key ingredients for this healthy soup recipe.
Ingredient
I use Rolled Oats for making this soup. You can use instant oats also.
Ingredient
Heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, celery, coriander stalks, and onion. Saute them for 20 – 30 seconds
Step 1
Add rolled oats and saute for 1 – 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add mixed vegetables. Saute for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, and vegetable stock. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Cover and cook the oats soup over low heat for 10 minutes or till oats and vegetables are cooked.
Step 5
Add chopped coriander leaves and spring onion greens.
Step 6
Oats Soup is ready to serve!
