Millet Khichdi

Bronwtop Millet, Pink Masoor Dal, and Moong are the key ingredients of  this khichdi recipe.

Ingredient

Rinse and soak millet for 30 minutes in water. Similarly, rinse and soak both lentils for 15 minutes in water.

Step 1

In a pressure cooker, heat oil, fry cumin, onion, tomato, and vegetables along with salt and spices. 

Step 2

Add millet, lentils, water, mix, and pressure cook khichdi for two whistles over low heat.

Step 3

Once you open the lid of the pressure cooker, add ghee, coriander, and mix one last time.

Step 4

Millet Khichdi is ready to serve!
