You need bamboo skewers for threading the marinated chicken pieces.

You need Thai Red Curry Paste, coconut milk, red chilli powder, salt and sugar.
Ingredients For Marinade
Combine Thai red curry paste, coconut milk, salt, sugar, chicken and red chilli powder in a bowl.
Step 1
Mix to coat each piece with the marinade. Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Once ready to grill, thread 3-4 pieces of marinated chicken meat onto the bamboo skewers.
Step 3
Grill the chicken satay skewers for 5 minutes on each side over BBQ grill or stovetop.
Step 4
Serve Chicken Satay with peanut dipping sauce.
