You need pad thai or flat rice noodles sticks for this recipe.

Basmati Rice

You need chicken, egg, onion, garlic, sauces for making pad thai noodles. 

Other Ingredients

Soak rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes or till they soften. Transfer to a colander. Set aside.

Step 1

Mix tamarind paste, red chilli paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and fish sauce in a bowl. Whisk to combine.

Step 2

Marinate chicken with sauce mix made in Step 2.

Step 3

Heat oil. Stir fry garlic, onion, chicken, and eggs. 

Step 4

Add rice noodles, pad thai sauce, roasted peanuts, sprouts, and greens.

Step 5

Gently combine and stir fry the noodles over high heat.

Step 6

Chicken Pad Thai is ready!
