Mint Raita

You need fresh mint leaves, coriander, curd, pomegranate, and a few other pantry staple ingredients to make this raita.

Ingredients

Make a chutney like paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, green chili, salt, sugar, cumin powder. Use curd to make paste

Step 1

Do not grind the green paste for too long else it will become black and bitter.

Step 2

Add 1/4 cup water to the curd. Whisk curd till smooth. Add green paste after whisking the curd.

Step 3

After adding green paste, whisk raita once again till it is smooth.  

Step 4

Add pomegranate seeds, chopped mint leaves, and combine.

Step 4

Mint Raita is ready!
