You need whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for the paratha dough.

Make a chapati like soft, pliable, and non sticky dough using wheat flour and water for the paneer paratha.

Combine paneer, spring onion, salt, ajwain, and spices in a bowl for the filling.

Mix all the ingredients to make filling for the paneer paratha.

Take one dough ball. Using a rolling pin, roll it out into a chapati like round of 5 to 6 inch diameter.

Add a tablespoon or two of stuffing in the center of the rolled out dough.

Seal the filling by bringing together the edges of the paratha. Gently roll out once again.
