Mango Shrikhand

Ripe mango pulp and hung curd is the key ingredient of this shrikhand recipe.

Ingredient

Pour curd in the cloth, tie the muslin cloth at a higher point in the kitchen. It will drain out water from the curd.

Step 1

This way all the excess liquid will drain out from the curd. The end result will be thick soft cheese like hung curd.

Step 2

To prepare the mango puree, add the mango cubes in a blender along with sugar and cardamom. Blend till smooth.

Step 3

Combine hung curd, mango puree, saffron, powdered sugar, cardamom powder. Mix nicely.
